洋红风铃木育苗的种子处理优化及苗期生长规律 被引量:1

摘要 探讨不同的种子处理对洋红风铃木出苗率和幼苗生长的影响,并分析各因素之间的作用机制。将洋红风铃木种子分别以用不同的GA3和IBA浓度浸泡12 h(GA3浓度分别设置为100,200,300,400,500 mg/L等5个浓度;IBA浓度分别设置为50,100,150,200,250 mg/L等5个浓度),处理后的种子点播在5种育苗基质中,其中1#基质为红土;2#基质为红土∶沙土=1∶1(V∶V);3#基质为红土∶沙土=2∶1(V∶V);4#基质为红土腐殖酸有机肥=1∶1(V∶V);5#基质为红土∶腐殖酸有机肥∶沙土=1∶1∶1(V∶V∶V),通过在单因素预试验,利用响应面法确定植物生长调节剂种类、浓度以及育苗基质的最佳配比。优化试验的结果显示,最适合洋红风铃木出苗的种子处理如下:GA3=300 mg/L,IBA=50 mg/L,育苗基质为5#。而后期有利于苗木生长的激素浓度为GA3500 mg/L;IBA 150 mg/L,育苗基质为3#或者5#。本研究利用响应面法筛选出了洋红风铃木合适的植物生长调节剂种类、浓度以及育苗基质,能够更多更好地生产洋红风铃木种苗,并为种苗的生产以及培养健壮优质苗提供一定的理论依据。 Study on the effects of different seed treatments on the emergence rate and seedling growth of Tabebuia pentaphylla,and to analyze the mechanism of each factor.The seeds were soaked in different concentrations of GA_3and IBA for 12 h,in which GA_3concentration was set at 100,200,300,400,500 mg/L,IBA concentration was set at 50,100,150,200,250 mg/L,respectively;among the five seedling substrates prepared by the seed spot sowing,1#:red soil;2#:red soil∶Sandy Soil=1∶1(V∶V);3#:red soil∶sandy soil=2∶1(V∶V);4#:red soil∶humic acid organic fertilizer=1∶1(V∶V);5#:red soil∶humic acid organic fertilizer∶sand soil=1∶1∶1(V∶V∶V).On the basis of single factor pre-test,the type and concentration of plant growth regulators and the best proportion of seedling substrate were determined by response surface method.The results showed that the most suitable seed treatment for seedling emergence of Tabebuia pentaphylla was as follows:A=300 mg/L,B=50 mg/L,seedling substrate 5#.And the hormone concentration of seedling growth was GA_3500 mg/L;IBA 150 mg/L,seedling substrate for 3#or 5#.In this study,response surface meth od was used to screen out the suitable plant growth regulator species,concentration and seedling substrate,which can produce more and better seedlings,and provide a theoretical basis for seedling production and cultivation of strong and high quality seedlings.
