金融学“课程思政”教学实践中的困境与优化措施 被引量:3

摘要 开展金融学“课程思政”教学在落实“三全育人”格局、促进学生全面发展、构建中国特色金融学、推进金融学教学改革等方面具有重要的现实意义。通过介绍金融学“课程思政”的内涵与特征,分析当前金融学“课程思政”教学的实践现状,指出金融学“课程思政”教学主要存在思想认识不足,忽视情感价值引领;教师教育教学能力、教学情怀有待提升;思政元素挖掘不深,双向融合不够紧密;课堂育人方式单一,教学创新能力不足;德育因素考核缺位,评价机制有待完善等实践困境。提出强化“课程思政”理念,坚守铸魂育人使命;提升教学设计能力,厚植教师教育情怀;凝练学科思政元素,发挥教师纽带作用;灵活运用教学方法,活跃课堂教学氛围;以及健全考核评价机制,构筑协同育人模式等优化措施。 Conducting finance teaching on the basis of"curriculum ideology and politics"is of great realistic significance in implementing the policy of Three Aspects of Education,promoting the all-round development of students,building finance with Chinese characteristics,and pushing forward the reform of finance teaching.Through elucidating the connotation and characteristics of"curriculum ideology and politics"in finance teaching,the paper analyses the current situation in teaching practice and points out the predicaments,such as insufficient awareness on finance teaching from"curriculum ideology and politics",ignorance of the guidance of emotional value,inadequate capacity and passion for teaching,the ideological and political elements which are not deeply excavated,the bidirectional integration which is not closely related,the monotonous method used in teaching,the inadequate capacity for innovative teaching,as well as the lack of evaluation of moral education.Based on the above,it is necessary to take some measures to optimise in accordance with the collaborative education model.Strengthen the concept of teaching based on"curriculum ideology and politics"and adhere to the mission of cultivating well-educated individuals;improve teachers′ability in teaching and make them fully involved in teaching;deepen the ideological and political elements contained in this discipline and make proper use of teachers′function as a link;flexibly use teaching methods to activate the classroom atmosphere;perfect the evaluation mechanism.
