联合应用Bio-oss骨代材料和Bio-gide胶原膜行引导骨组织再生术治疗重度牙周炎的效果

摘要 目的 评估重度牙周炎在引导骨组织再生术中Bio-gide+Bio-oss的作用。方法 方便选取2020年12月—2021年12月上海市第六人民医院金山分院的74例重度牙周炎患者,随机分为常规组和再生组,每组37例,常规组行翻瓣术治疗,再生组行Bio-oss骨代材料+Bio-gide胶原膜引导骨组织再生术,对比两组有效率、龈沟液内炎症因子、牙周指数、牙周疼痛感及并发症。结果 再生组牙周炎的治疗有效率为97.30%,高于常规组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05)。术后再生组龈沟液中的炎症情况、牙周指数均比常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。再生组轻度疼痛率(89.19%)比常规组(59.46%)高,中度疼痛率(10.81%)比常规组(35.14%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.568、6.186,P<0.05)。再生组牙周炎治疗的并发症发生率2.70%,比常规组(21.62%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05)。结论 Bio-gide+Bio-oss使用后达到的骨组织再生效果好,能纠正牙周指数,缓解牙周炎症,且牙周创伤小。 Objective To evaluate the role of Bio-gide+Bio-oss in guided bone tissue regeneration for severe periodontitis.Methods convenient selection 74 patients with severe periodontitis in Jinshan Branch of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into conventional group and regenerative group,with 37 cases in each group.The conventional group received flap surgery,while the regenerative group received Bio-oss bone replacement material+Bio-gide collagen film guided bone tissue regeneration.The effective rate,inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,periodontal index,periodontal pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of periodontitis treatment in the regeneration group was 97.30%,higher than that in the conventional group(78.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05).The inflammation and periodontal index of gingival crevicular fluid in postoperative regeneration group were lower than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of mild pain in the regeneration group(89.19%)was higher than that in the conventional group(59.46%),and the rate of moderate pain in the regeneration group(10.81%)was lower than that in the conventional group(35.14%),the difference was statistical significance(χ^(2)=8.568,6.186,P<0.05).The incidence of complications of periodontitis in the regeneration group(2.70%)were lower than those in the conventional group(21.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-gide+Bio-oss use achieved good bone tissue regeneration,correcting periodontal index,relieving periodontal inflammation and with little periodontal trauma.
