手法复位夹板外固定联合外敷骨伤药物治疗老年肢体骨折患者的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Manipulative Reduction,Splint and External Fixation Combined with External Application of Orthopedic Drugs in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Limb Fractures

目的 探析手法复位夹板外固定联合外敷骨伤药物治疗老年肢体骨折患者的疗效。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2021年10月来鹤山市中医院进行治疗肢体骨折的80例老年患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法进行分组,分为常规组40例,研究组40例。常规组采用手法复位夹板外固定进行治疗,研究组采用手法复位、外夹板固定、外用骨损伤药物治疗,比较两组疗效。结果 研究组疼痛缓解时间(5.17±1.56)d,消肿时间(5.55±1.58)d,综合治疗时间(40.05±1.15)d及骨折愈合时间(9.52±2.78)周均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗疗效40例(100.00%)优于常规组33例(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.636,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生情况0例(0.00%)优于常规组8例(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.806,P<0.05)。结论 通过手法复位、夹板固定和骨损伤药物外敷,对患者有良好的治疗效果和治疗效果,治疗效率得到了提高,对患者的疼痛具有缓解作用,有效缩短愈合时间、消肿时间、疼痛缓解时间,安全性高,促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of manipulative reduction,splint and external fixation combined with external application of orthopedic drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with limb fractures.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who came to Heshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment of limb fractures from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.Grouped by random number table method,divided into routine group of 40 cases,research group of 40 cases.The conventional group was treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation,while the research group was treated with manual reduction,external splint fixation and external bone injury drugs.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain relief time(5.17±1.56)days,swelling time(5.55±1.58)days,comprehensive treatment time(40.05±1.15)days and fracture healing time(9.52±2.78)weeks in the research group were all shorter than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficacy of 40 cases(100.00%)in the study group was better than that of 33 cases(82.50%)in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.636,P<0.05).The occurrence of complications in the study group was 0 cases(0.00%)better than that in the routine group 8 cases(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.806,P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction,splint fixation and external application of drugs for bone injury have good therapeutic effect and therapeutic effect on patients, the treatment efficiency has been improved, and the pain of patients can be relieved, effectivelyshorten the healing time, detumescence time, and pain relief time, with high safety, promote the recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
