血塞通联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗脑梗死合并高血压患者的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Xuesaitong Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Hypertension

目的 探究脑梗死合并高血压患者接受血塞通联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2019年1月—2021年11月启东市第三人民医院收治的64例脑梗死合并高血压患者,按数字表法均分为两组,每组32例。对照组经血塞通单独治疗,观察组经血塞通联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对比两组的血压、血脂水平,并分析其脑灌注指标水平。结果 观察组收缩压(127.63±4.68)mmHg、舒张压(79.35±3.84)mmHg均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者TC(3.24±0.33)mmol/L、TG(1.15±0.18)mmol/L、LDL(1.67±0.38)mmol/L、HDL(1.81±0.32)mmol/L水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率96.88%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.655,P<0.05);观察组患者PSV(71.52±4.64)cm/s、TMV(52.85±2.73)cm/s、RI(0.59±0.12)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死合并高血压患者接受血塞通联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对患者血压、血脂水平具有良好的调节作用,疗效明显优于血塞通单独治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong combined with amlodipine besylate in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 64 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Qidong from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected conveniently and divided into two groups equally according to the number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuesaitong alone,and the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong combined with amlodipine besylate.The blood pressure and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups,and the levels of cerebral perfusion indicators were analyzed.Results The systolic blood pressure(127.63±4.68)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(79.35±3.84)mmHg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC(3.24±0.33)mmol/L,TG(1.15±0.18)mmol/L,LDL(1.67±0.38)mmol/L,HDL(1.81±0.32)mmol/L in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group 96.88%was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.655,P<0.05).The PSV(71.52±4.64)cm/s,TMV(52.85±2.73)cm/s,RI(0.59±0.12)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xuesaitong combined with amlodipine besylate in patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension has a good regulating effect on blood pressure and blood lipid levels,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of Xuesaitong alone.
