基层医院检验危急值管理的实践与探讨

Practice and experience of critical value management in primary hospitals

目的:通过对宝鸡市中医医院检验危急值管理的持续改进,探讨基层医院检验危急值管理中的措施和效果。方法:分析近年来医院危急值管理制度的建立、应用,危急值项目与范围的新增、调整,总结应用的体会。结果:基层医院检验危急值的管理应至少做到以下几点:要通过LIS与电话报告相结合的方式报告危急值结果;随着临床检验新技术、新项目的引入和应用,应及时对检验危急值项目进行调整补充;同时要做好危急值项目的持续调整及专科危急值的初步设置。结论:基层医院通过加强危急值制度的建立、培训、落实和监管,采用信息技术进行危急值的日常管理,对于危急值报告制度的持续改进具有深远意义。

Objective To explore the measures and effects of critical value management in primary hospitals by the continuous improvement of the management of critical value of inspection in our hospital.Methods The establishment and application of critical value management,the addition and adjustment of critical value items and scope in recent years were analyzed,and the experience of application was summarized.ResultsWe believe that the management of critical value of inspection in primary hospitals should at least do the following:the critical value should be reported through a combination of laboratory information management system and telephone report;with the introduction and application of new techniques and items in clinical laboratory,the inspection critical value items should be adjusted and supplemented in time;at the same time,the continuous adjustment of critical value items and the preliminary setting of specialist critical value should be done well.Conclusions By strengthening the establishment,training,implementation and supervision of the critical value system,and using information technology to carry out the daily management of critical value,primary hospitals have far-reaching significance for the continuous improvement of the critical value reporting system.
