农村金融高质量发展与乡村产业振兴耦合协调度研究

Coupling Coordination Degree Between the High-quality Development of Rural Finance and Rural Industry Revitalization

文章运用时空统计方法分析农村金融高质量发展与乡村产业振兴耦合协调度的时空演化特征及障碍因子。研究发现:2009—2020年,农村金融高质量发展与乡村产业振兴耦合协调度具有明显的地区异质性,区域间差异构成总体差异的主要来源;除东北地区外,全国与其他区域均具有空间收敛特征,尤其以西部地区的收敛速度最快;农村金融“量”与“质”的系统性失衡、“质”的空间性失衡对高质量发展造成核心障碍,农业耕地质量及利用效率、农业技术进步与劳动生产率对乡村产业振兴造成核心障碍。以上因素应是提升农村金融高质量发展与乡村产业振兴协同发展的关键瞄准。

This paper uses spatio-temporal statistical methods to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and obstacle factors of the coupling coordination between high-quality development of rural finance and rural industry revitaliza⁃tion.Research has found that from 2009 to 2020,there is significant regional heterogeneity in the coupling and coordination between high-quality development of rural finance and rural industry revitalization,and regional differences constitute the main source of overall differences;except for the northeast region,both the country and other regions have spatial conver⁃gence characteristics,especially in the western region where the convergence speed is the fastest;the systematic imbalance between the“quantity”and“quality”of rural finance,as well as the spatial imbalance of“quality”,pose core obstacles to high-quality development.The quality and utilization efficiency of agricultural arable land,agricultural technological prog⁃ress,and labor productivity pose core obstacles to the revitalization of rural industries.The above factors should be the key targets for enhancing the coordinated development of high-quality rural finance and rural industry revitalization.
