摘要
采用熵值法和空间自相关方法,从人口、经济、社会和土地4个方面构建城镇化质量评价体系,探究了青海省县域城镇化质量时空演化过程和特征,对其驱动因素进行分析.结果表明,2000—2018年青海省县域城镇化的发展质量整体呈上升趋势,其中2005—2010年发展速度最快;青海省县域城镇化质量地区差异大,总体北高南低,河湟谷地和柴达木盆地处于高质量区,南部高海拔县域处于低质量区;城镇化质量空间集聚特征明显,低质量县域空间集聚特征尤为显著;县域经济发展是核心驱动力,政策支持与项目支撑是促进城镇化的特殊路径,异地城镇化是县域城镇化的特色.青海省县域城镇化应遵循分类指导、因地制宜和以强带弱的原则,促进全省县域城镇化协调发展.
The entropy method and spatial autocorrelation method were used to construct an urbanization quality evaluation system from four aspects:population,economy,society and land,and the temporal and spatial evolution process and characteristics of county urbanization in Qinghai Province were explored,and the driving factors were analyzed.The results show that the overall quality of county urbanization development in Qinghai Province showed an upward trend from 2000 to 2018.Among them,the development rate was the fastest from 2005 to 2010.The quality of county urbanization in Qinghai Province varies greatly in regions,the north is high and the south is low,the Hehuang Valley and Qaidam Basin are in the high-quality area,and the southern high-altitude counties are in the low-quality area.The spatial agglomeration characteristics of urbanization quality are obvious,and the spatial agglomeration of low-quality counties are particularly significant.County economic development is the core driving force,policy support and project support are the special paths to promote urbanization,and long-distance urbanization is the special feature of Qinghai county urbanization.Therefore,the county urbanization development in Qinghai Province should correspond to local conditions,the strong support the weak to promote the coordinated development of county urbanization in the province.
