劳动纪律教育是列宁教育思想的重要组成部分。十月革命胜利后,列宁从苏维埃俄国文化落后、劳动者素质不高、旧社会不良习气浓厚的实际出发,全面系统地阐述了加强社会主义劳动纪律教育的思想。围绕社会主义条件下劳动纪律教育的地位、实质、内容、原则,列宁深刻阐述了苏维埃政权下开展劳动纪律教育的必要性紧迫性,把培养社会主义一代新人作为劳动纪律教育的本质规定,积极倡导遵章守纪教育、履职尽责教育、服从指挥教育、警示惩戒教育,坚持在劳动实践中培育社会主义新纪律的原则,为社会主义条件下提升劳动者素质、强化劳动纪律约束提供了思想材料和理论指导。

Labor discipline education is an important part of Lenin’s educational thought.After the victory of the October Revolution,Lenin comprehensively and systematically expounds the idea of strengthening socialism labor discipline education setting out from the fact that the Soviet Russian culture was backward,the quality of workers was not high and the bad habits of the old society were strong.Centering on the status,essence,content and principles of labor discipline education under socialism conditions,Lenin profoundly expounded the necessity and urgency of the Soviet regime to carry out labor discipline education.Training a new generation of socialism as the essential stipulation of labor discipline education,he actively advocate education of compliance with regulations and disciplines,duty performance and obeying command and warning and disciplinary education,adhering to the principle of cultivating new socialism discipline in labor practice.It provides ideological materials and theoretical guidance to improve the quality of workers and strengthen labor discipline under socialism conditions.
