握手护理对军人应激状态的缓解作用

Relieving effect of handshake nursing on stress state of soldiers

本研究旨在探索握手护理对军人心理应激的缓解效果,为军人心理应激干预提供简便易行的措施。通过压力感知量表、状态焦虑问卷和正性负性情绪量表筛选出应激状态得分较高的军人,将其按照简单随机抽样法进行分组,实验组和控制组人数各半(n_(1)=24,n_(2)=24),比较应激干预前、后其辨别反应能力、压力感知水平、特质焦虑水平、正性和负性情绪水平,以及皮质醇质量浓度的变化。结果表明:(1)相较于控制组,实验组在应激干预后辨别反应时明显缩短;(2)实验干预前、后,实验组与控制组的皮质醇质量浓度都明显下降;(3)实验干预前、后,无论实验组还是控制组,压力感知水平、状态焦虑水平、正性和负性情绪水平的变化都不明显。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relieving effect of handshake nursing on psychological stress of soldiers,and to provide simple and feasible measures for psychological stress intervention of soldiers.Soldiers with high stress state scores were screened out by the stress perception scale,state-trait anxiety questionnaire and positive and negative emotion scale and divided into groups according to simple random sampling method.Half of them were selected as the experimental group(n_(1)=24),half as the control group(n_(2)=24).The levels of discrimination response,stress perception,trait anxiety,positive and negative emotions and cortisol concentration were compared before and after the stress intervention.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,the discrimination response time of the experimental group was significantly shortened after the stress intervention;(2)before and after the intervention,the cortisol concentration of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly;(3)before and after the intervention,no matter in the experimental group or the control group,the perceived level of stress,state anxiety,positive emotion and negative emotion level did not change significantly.
