m^(6)A调控非编码RNA在生殖泌尿系统肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 近年来,生殖泌尿系统肿瘤的发病率与死亡率逐年上升,临床上迫切需要新的生物学标志物以进行早期的诊断和治疗。目前N-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)修饰受到基础医学和临床研究者的高度关注,它能够加快mRNA在细胞中的运转和出核速度。许多生殖泌尿系统疾病的发生、发展都受m^(6)A的修饰调控。m^(6)A修饰不仅作用于RNA,也调控非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)。该文就m^(6)A修饰调控ncRNA作用以及在生殖泌尿系统肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
