党的二十大报告再次强调要“推动构建人类命运共同体”,彰显出新时代中国共产党为增进全人类民生福祉提供“建构性方案”的决心和担当。推动构建人类命运共同体理念不是无源之水、无本之木,而是以马克思的共同体思想为思想底色、以中华优秀传统文化为精神根基、以国际格局的深刻调整为现实依据,具有深厚的理论基础;人类对社会安全、卫生健康、生态安全等非物质利益需要共同构成人类命运共同体的现实境遇。作为推动构建人类命运共同体的中坚力量,中国有道义责任做出方向性引导,致力于构建出维护世界和平发展的人类安全共同体、佑护各国人民生命的人类卫生健康共同体和满足人类生存需求的人与自然生命共同体,以满足人类对安全、健康和生态等方面的现实诉求。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized the need to“promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind”,demonstrating the determination and responsibility of the CPC in the new era to provide“constructive solutions”for improving the well-being of the people of all mankind.The concept of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind is not a water without a source or a tree without roots.It is based on Marx’s community thought as the ideological background,the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the spiritual foundation,and the profound adjustment of the international pattern as the practical basis,with a profound theoretical foundation.The realistic situation in which human beings need non-material interests such as social security,health,and ecological security to jointly constitute a community of shared future for mankind.As a core force in promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,China has a moral obligation to provide directional guidance,and is committed to building a community of human security that maintains world peace and development,a community of common health for mankind that protects the lives of people in various countries,and a community of human and natural life that meets the survival needs of humanity,in order to meet the practical demands of humanity for safety,health,and ecology.
