As a cornerstone of cultural rights protection,the construction of public cultural services aims to further satisfy the needs of cultural services,stimulate internal driving force and enhance the effectiveness of services.Focusing on the effectiveness development of public cultural services in Jiangsu Province,this paper summarizes and analyzes the realistic path for local policies and regulations,infrastructure construction and social participation that help boost the effectiveness of public cultural services.
