新时代高校基层教学组织建设的困境与突围

摘要 结合高校自身实际,从构建组织活动动态质量保障机制、推进基层教学组织现代化演进、助益基层教学组织高质量发展三个方面,探讨从教学中心为要旨,强化教学共同体建设,增进制度精准化供给,从而推动我国高校基层教学组织创新,促进教师与组织的共同成长。 In order to break through the difficulties in the construction of basic-level teaching organizations in colleges and universities,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of collges and universities to highlight the core of teaching organization,strengthen the construction of teaching commnities,enhance the precise supply of systems,and promothe innovation in basic-level teaching organizations from three aspects:building a dynamic quality assurance mechanism for organizational activities,promoting the modernization and evolution of basic-level teaching organizations,and helping them develop high-quality teaching organizations,and promote the common growth of teachers and the organization.
