视觉功能训练对成年人眼瞬时调节力影响的初步研究

Effects of visual function training on transient eye accommodation in adults

目的:评估视觉功能训练对成年人瞬时调节力的影响。方法:选择矫正视力正常的成年人受试者35例(35眼),分别在1、5 m处进行调节力训练,并使用WAM-5500开放式自动验光仪测量其瞬时调节力,并进行视疲劳问卷评分比较。结果:Test A、B、C、D组受试者的瞬时调节力分别为(-0.38±0.48)D、(-0.36D±0.48)D、(-0.66±0.29)D和(-1.01±0.58)D,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中Test A瞬时调节力与Test B比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Test A瞬时调节力与Test C、D比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Test B瞬时调节力显著低于Test C、Test D(P<0.05);Test C瞬时调节力显著低于Test D(P<0.05)。Test A、B、C、D视疲劳评分分别为1(0,1)、1(0,1)、0(0,1)、1(0,2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中Test B视疲劳评分显著低于Test D(P<0.05),其他两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:视觉功能训练的散开训练(Test A)可瞬时放松人眼调节力,视觉功能训练的集合训练(Test D)可瞬时加强人眼调节力。

Objective:To assess the effects of visual function training on transient eye accommodation in adults.Methods:Thirty-five adults(35 eyes)with normal corrected vision were selected to perform the accommodation study at 1 and 5 m,respectively.And their transient eye accommodation was measured by WAM-5500 open automatic optometry instrument,and the visual fatigue scores was compared.Results:The transient eye accommodation of subjects in groups Test A,B,C,and D were(-0.38±0.48)D,(-0.36±0.48)D,(-0.66±0.29)D and(-1.01±0.58)D,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between Test A and Test B(P>0.05),while other pairwise comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Furthermore,visual fatigue scores of groups Test A,B,C and D were 1(0,1),1(0,1),0(0,0,1)and 1(0,2),the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Visual fatigue scores in Test B was significantly lower than that in Test D(P<0.05),while other pairwise comparisons did not reveal statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The divergence training of the visual function training software(Test A)can relax the eye accommodation instantly,and the convergence training of the visual function training(Test D)can strengthen the eye accommodation instantly.
