预防医学线上线下混合式课程思政实证性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:将线上线下混合式教学应用到预防医学课程思政,探索课程思政教学新模式,提高预防医学课程思政的效果。方法:选择滁州某高职院校2019级和2020级高专康复治疗技术专业共4个班125名学生作为研究对象,2019级为对照组,采用传统的线下课程思政教学模式;2020级为试验组,采用线上线下混合式的课程思政教学模式。对2种教学模式的阶段性测试成绩、学期总评成绩、教学效果及学生自身成长情况进行分析比较。结果:2种教学模式的阶段性测试成绩、学期平时成绩、实验操作、综合成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学效果评价显示,2组学生在学习积极性增强、良好课堂氛围形成、价值引导提升、实践认知及教学与育人质量提升5方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。课程结束后,2组学生在思想品质提高、政治认同增强、职业素养践行、青年使命及未来方向明确5方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防医学课程思政采用线上线下混合式教学对学生的学习成绩、教学效果及学生自身成长的提升均优于传统课程思政教学。线上线下混合式教学模式扩展了课程思政的教学空间,丰富了学生学习方法,实现了课程思政多元化实践教学。 Objective:To explore a new mode of ideological and political teaching of preventive medicine course by applying online and offline mixed teaching,in order to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political education.Methods:A total of 125 students were selected from 4 classes of grade 2019 and grade 2020 majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology in a higher vocational college in Chuzhou.Students in grade 2019 was selected as the control group.The traditional offline course ideological and political teaching mode was adopted.Students in grade 2020 was selected as the experimental group.The online and offline mixed teaching mode was adopted.The periodical test scores,semester total scores,teaching effects and students'own growth of the two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in periodical test scores and semester total scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effects showed that there were significant differences in enhanced learning enthusiasm,formation of good classroom atmosphere,improvement of value guidance,practice cognition and teaching and education quality between the two groups(P<0.05).The evaluation of students'own growth showed that the two groups also had significant differences in improvement of ideological quality,enhanced political identity,professional quality practice,and clear youth mission and future direction(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of online and offline teaching of ideological and political education in preventive medicine course is superior to the traditional teaching in the improvement of students'academic performance,teaching effect and their own growth.Online and offline mixed teaching mode extends the teaching space,enriches students'learning method,and realizes the diversified practical teaching of ideological and political education.
