媒体关注对企业绿色技术创新的影响研究——基于高管团队环境注意力视角

Research on the Influence of Media Attention on Enterprise Green Technology Innovation--Based on the Executive Team Environmental Attention Perspective

基于2016-2020年重污染行业中的110家上市企业数据,以高管团队环境注意力为中介变量,运用理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法探讨媒体关注对企业绿色技术创新的影响,并通过建立有调节的中介模型,进一步考察政府补助的调节作用。研究表明:在媒体关注推动企业实施绿色技术创新的过程中,高管团队环境注意力发挥着关键的中介作用;政府补助的增加不仅会提高在媒体关注压力下高管团队配置在环境保护上的注意力,同时也在高管团队环境注意力向企业绿色技术创新转化的环节中起着关键的正向调节作用,提升了企业绿色技术创新整体水平。研究结果可为媒体的环境治理效应和企业绿色技术创新的驱动路径提供一定的经验借鉴。

Based on 2016-2020 of 110 listed companies of heavy pollution industry data,the executive team environment attention as intermediary variables,using the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis to explore the media attention to the influence of green technology innovation,and through the establishment of a mediation model of regulation,further investigate the regulation of government subsidies.The results show that:In the process of media attention promoting green technology innovation,the environmental attention of the senior management team plays a key mediating role.The increase of government subsidies not only improves the attention of the senior management team on environmental protection under the pressure of media attention,but also plays a key positive regulating role in the transformation of environmental attention of the senior management team to green technology innovation,and improves the overall level of green technology innovation of enterprises.The results provide a reference for the environmental governance effect of media and the driving path of enterprise green technology innovation.
