安徽省参与长三角区域创新共同体建设策略

Analysis on the Strategy of Anhui Province Participating in the Construction of Yangtze River Delta Regional Innovation Community

在创新共同体成为区域重要创新模式背景下,深度参与长三角区域创新共同体建设,已成为推动安徽省提高科技创新能力、承接产业转移和实现高质量发展的关键所在。在阐述安徽省参与长三角区域创新共同体建设必要性和存在的问题基础上,从制度、组织和政策3个层面提出建议:建立对话机制,完善利益共享分配制度;构建良好的创新共同体建设环境;明确自身定位,打造科技创新策源地等。为安徽省参与长三角区域创新共同体建设提供决策参考。

Under the background of innovation community becoming an important regional innovation model,in-depth participation in the construction of regional innovation community in Yangtze River Delta has become the key to promote the scientific and technological innovation capacity of Anhui Province,undertake industrial transfer and achieve high-quality development.On the basis of explaining the necessity and existing problems of anhui province participating in the Regional innovation community of Yangtze River Delta,this paper puts forward the following strategies and policy suggestions from the three levels of system,organization and policy:establishing dialogue mechanism,perfecting the system of benefit sharing and distribution;Build a good environment for innovation community construction;Clear their own positioning,to create scientific and technological innovation source.Through this research,this paper hopes to provide decision-making basis for Anhui province to participate in the construction of regional innovation community in the Yangtze River Delta,and contribute to the realization of high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
