基于企业需求视角的大学生就业能力评价研究 被引量:4

On the Employability of College Students from the Perspective of Enterprise Demand

摘要 近年来,随着高等教育不断发展,大学毕业生数量逐年增多,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。通过对就业能力内涵的理解,按照个人特质、决策能力、人际交往能力、学习能力、基本技能和职业规划6个维度以及30项具体就业能力的划分,针对用人单位的人事部门以及相关工作人员,调查企业对大学生就业能力的需求及评价。调查显示,大学生就业存在缺乏实践经验、应聘能力还有待提高、对于就业能力内涵理解不深刻等问题。因此,分别从高校和大学生两个方面提出提升大学生就业能力的策略,为大学生明确就业目标和企业招聘提供参考。 In recent years,with the continuous popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates has increased year by year,and the employment situation of college students is grim.Based on the understanding of the connotation of employability,according to the six dimensions of personal characteristics,decision-making ability,interpersonal communication ability,learning ability,basic skills and career planning,and the division of 30 specific employability,this research investigates the needs and evaluation of enterprises on the employability of college students for the personnel departments of employers and relevant staff.According to the survey results,college students lack practical experience in employment The ability to apply for jobs needs to be improved,and the understanding of the connotation of employability is not deep enough.Thus,this study proposes strategies to enhance the employability of college students from both universities and college students,providing new ideas for college students to define employment goals and enterprise recruitment.
