鄱阳湖国家自主创新示范区科技成果转化绩效评价——基于熵值法的实证研究

Performance Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in Poyang Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone--An Empirical Study Based on Entropy Method

2019年国务院批复同意设立鄱阳湖国家自主创新示范区,下辖南昌、景德镇、新余、鹰潭、赣州、吉安、抚州7个国家级高新技术产业开发区。经过近3年建设,取得了一定成效。利用2016-2020年7个园区科技成果转化相关数据,采用熵值法评价各园区科技成果转化绩效,并提出鄱阳湖国家自主创新示范区下辖7个园区的协同发展对策。

In 2019,The State Council approved the establishment of Poyang Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,which has jurisdiction over seven state-level high-tech industrial development zones:Nanchang,Jingdezhen,Xinyu,Yingtan,Ganzhou,Ji'an and Fuzhou.After nearly three years of construction,some results have been achieved.Based on the data related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the seven parks from 2016 to 2020,this paper used the entropy method to evaluate the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in each sub-park,and put forward the coordinated development countermeasures for the seven parks under the Poyang Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.
