Rural Talents Promoting High-quality Development of Rural Tourism:Current Situation,Dilemma and Path

乡村旅游是农村一二三产业发展的融合体,近几年发展迅猛,成为我国当前的新型产业形态和消费业态。随着社会经济环境的变化,乡村旅游发展必将进入科学化、集约化时代,旅游产业的转型升级同样必须以与之相适应的人力资本作为保障。行业人力资本已逐渐成为制约我国乡村旅游可持续发展的瓶颈,亟待进行乡村旅游人力资本存量提升和结构调整。回顾我国乡村旅游发展的历程,在分析人才对乡村产业转型升级的影响的基础上,探讨我国乡村旅游产业发展困境与从业人员现状,进而提出了以乡村人才振兴推进乡村旅游转型升级和高质量发展的对策建议。

Rural tourism is the integration of the development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.It has developed rapidly in recent years and has become a new industrial form and consumption form in China.With the change of social and economic environment,the development of rural tourism is bound to enter a scientific and intensive era.The transformation and upgrading of tourism industry must also be guaranteed by the corresponding human capital.The situation of industry human capital has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of rural tourism in China.It is urgent to improve the stock of human capital and adjust the structure of rural tourism.This paper reviews the development process of rural tourism in China,analyzes the influence of talents on the transformation and upgrading of rural industry,discusses the development dilemma of rural tourism industry and the current situation of employees in China,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of rural tourism with the revitalization of rural talents.
