长江中游城市群数字经济发展水平测度研究

Measurement of Digital Economy Development Level in the Triangle of Central China

长江中游城市群是长江经济带的重要组成部分,是中国经济新的增长极,在新时代下,数字经济是长江中游城市群经济发展的有力支撑。从数字基础、产业基础、人才储备等3个方面建立数字经济发展评价指标体系,以2011-2020年的相关数据为依托,运用熵值法对长江中游城市群的数字经济发展水平进行测度。研究结果显示:从地区来看,长江中游城市群内各城市之间、省会城市与地级市的数字经济发展水平差异较大,各地级市整体发展较均衡;从年度来看,长江中游城市群的数字经济发展水平趋势向好,至2020年受疫情影响发展水平有所下降,总体呈上升态势;长江中游城市群数字基础设施建设正逐步推进,数字产业基础不断增强,但是数字人才储备有所不足。

The triangle of Central China is an important part of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and a new growth pole for the Chinese economy.In the new age,digital economy becomes a strong support for the economic development of the triangle of Central China.An evaluation index system of digital economy development level was established from three aspects:digital base,industrial base and talent reserve,and then the entropy method was used to measure the development level of digital economy based on the relevant data from 2011 to 2020.The result shows that the development level of digital economy between provincial capitals and prefecture-level cities is quite different,and the overall development of prefecture-level cities is relatively balanced;the development level of digital economy showed a positive trend,but decreased due to the impact of the epidemic by 2020,and showed an overall upward trend;the construction of digital facilities in the triangle of Central China is gradually advancing,and the digital industrial base is constantly increasing,but the digital talent reserve is insufficient.
