摘要
消费者环保意识对企业绿色技术创新影响的不同结论,一定程度上阻碍了绿色技术创新研究的发展。梳理、归纳了消费者环保意识的研究视角和发展现状,指出消费者环保意识在企业和供应链视角研究中的重要性;梳理了绿色技术创新的内涵、分类和内外驱动因素,指出有关绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的研究有待补充,以及未来研究中需要考虑内外部因素的交互对绿色技术创新的驱动作用;通过梳理相关文献,厘清消费者环保意识对企业绿色技术创新的多层面影响机制,指出未来应从消费者角度出发,阐释企业进行绿色技术创新所产生的经济效益和竞争优势。
The inconsistency of research conclusions on the impact of consumer environmental awareness on enterprises'green technology innovation hinders the development of green technology innovation research.Firstly,the research perspective and development status of consumer environmental awareness are sorted out and summarized,and the importance of consumer environmental awareness in the research of enterprises and supply chains is pointed out.Secondly,the connotation,classification and internal and external driving factors of green technology innovation are sorted out,and it is pointed out that the research on green product innovation and green process innovation needs to be supplemented,and the interaction of internal and external factors needs to be considered in future research to drive green technology innovation.Finally,by combing the relevant literature,the multi-level impact mechanism of consumers'environmental awareness on enterprises'green technology innovation is clarified,and it is pointed out that in the future,the economic benefits and competitive advantages generated by enterprises'green technology innovation should be explained from the perspective of consumers.
