摘要
文章以一款电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)车型为研究对象,基于坡度、载重、行驶环境等因素,开发不同工况下的控制策略,精准标定。在满足细分市场客户动力性需求的前提下,结合发动机燃油消耗率图谱、排放热管理图谱,标定电控机械式自动变速器换挡升降挡曲线,保证车辆运营于发动机最优燃油经济、排放性能区间,使整车油耗最优,实现排放一致性达标,以满足法规及客户需求。
This paper takes an electronic mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)model as the research object.Based on slope,load,driving environment and other factors,the control strategy under different working conditions is developed and calibrated accurately.On the premise of meeting the power needs of customers in market segments,the shifting and lifting curves of electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission are calibrated in combination with the engine fuel consumption ratio graph and emission thermal management graph,so as to ensure that the vehicle is operated within the optimal fuel economy and emission performance range of the engine,optimize the vehicle fuel consumption and achieve emission consistency standards,and meet the requirements of regulations and customers.
