新时期高校劳动教育的目标定位与实现策略

Target Orientation and Implementation Strategies of College Labor Education in the New Era

阐述了我国高校劳动教育不同时期的发展变化及特征,并对其蕴含的育人功能和时代要求进行分析。针对新时期高校劳动教育的目标定位及要求,认为大学生的劳动观念、劳动精神和劳动习惯仍需要强化;高校在培养体系、队伍建设和保障条件等方面仍需要完善;育人成效还有待提升。提出高校应在顶层设计、有特色的劳动教育体系构建、分领域队伍建设、支撑能力提升等方面统筹谋划、精准施策。

This paper expounds the development and characteristics of college labor education in different periods in China and analyzes its educational function and the contained requirement of times.In view of the orientation and implementation of college labor education in the new era,it believes that the labor concept,labor spirit and labor habits of college students still need to be strengthened;colleges and universities still need to improve their cultivation systems,team construction and security conditions;the results of education need to be improved.It proposes that colleges and universities should continuously strengthen exploration and practice,in order to make overall plans and targeted policies in top-level design,a distinctive labor education system building,construction of teams in different fields and improvement of supporting capacity.
