依据价格法测算省级市场分割指数,利用2006—2019年面板数据,探讨市场分割对产业结构高级化的影响,研究发现:资本市场分割对产业结构高级化不存在显著影响,但商品市场分割对产业结构高级化存在明显的抑制效应,且这种影响在经济发达地区更为明显;高端产业集聚对商品市场分割的负向影响存在缓释效应,且缓释效应在当前阶段稀释了商品市场分割带来的负向效应;产业结构高级化在商品市场分割影响GDP的过程中发挥了遮掩效应,即商品市场分割通过促进非高端产业增长这一路径促进了地区经济发展;微观数据分析表明,商品市场分割通过抑制技术进步阻碍了产业结构高级化水平的提升,表明商品市场分割带来的经济增长具有不可持续性。

The provincial market segmentation index is calculated according to the price method using the panel data from 2006 to 2019.This paper discuss the impact of market segmentation on the upgrading of industrial structure.The research finds that capital market segmentation has no significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.However,commodity market segmentation has an obvious inhibitory effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,and this effect is more obvious in economically developed regions.The high-end industry cluster has a dilution effect on the commodity market segmentation's negative effect,moreover,the dilution effect dilutes the negative effect of commodity market segmentation at the current stage.The upgrading of industrial structure has played a masking effect in the process o£commodity market segmentation affecting GDP,that is,commodity market segmentation has promoted regional economic development by promoting the growth of non high-end industries.Micro data analysis shows that commodity market segmentation hinders the upgrading of industrial structure by inhibiting technological progress,which reveals that economic growth brought about by commodity market segmentation is unsustainable.
