摘要
当下装配式住宅和“百年住宅”正大力推行,然而装配式内装应用比例小。住宅内部管线集成程度低,装修过程中更改走线工序烦琐,后期检修更换通常“牵一发而动全身”,由此也造成住宅可变难度大,无法灵活适应全生命周期使用需求。现阶段住宅多使用管线预埋的施工建造方式,并且在设计阶段较少考虑管线的统筹布置和其对于住宅布局的长远适应性。因此提出一套适应可变性住宅的管线布置方案,研究出新型的与户内主梁结合的预制集成管廊形式。
While the prefabricated building and long-life sustainable housing are being vigorously promoted,the application proportion of assembled decoration is small.Due to the low integration of pipeline,it is difficult to move the pipelines during the decoration,to repair the pipelines,or to replace the pipelines.As a result,it is difficult to adjust the interior layout of the residence to meet the needs of householder during the whole life cycle of the residence.At present,the pipelines are mostly embedded in the structure of the residences,and the overall arrangement of pipeline and its long-term adaptability to residential layout are seldom considered in the design stage.Therefore,this dissertation proposes a piping arrangement scheme adapt to the flexible residence,put forward a new type of precast integrated tunnel combined with the girder.
