摘要
基于某平面钢管桁架的工程案例分析平面钢管桁架设计中计算模型的选取、加载方式、桁架腹杆布置方式等。采用不同模型进行计算,对比分析结果显示,平面钢管桁架的计算模型采用弦杆刚接腹杆铰接模式较为合理;荷载加载方式采用线荷载偏于安全;若桁架屋面变形控制严格,且同时存在荷载方向正反影响较大等情况,桁架腹杆选择带竖杆的人字形布置较为合理;若桁架屋面的荷载、跨度不大,屋面檩条在节点上,不以变形为主控的钢管桁架,桁架腹杆选择不带竖杆的人字形布置较为合理;若桁架屋面的荷载方向相对固定,可调整斜杆布置方向,使得斜杆尽量受拉,桁架腹杆选择带竖杆的平行弦形布置较为合理。
Taking a large-span reinforced concrete beam with a deflection exceeding the limit as an example,according to the design data and on-site inspection data,from both design and construction,numerical calculation and finite element simulation are used to verify and analyze the deflection of the large-span reinforced concrete frame beam reason.Validation analysis shows that the actual pouring thickness of beam slab concrete and insufficient arching height of beam template may cause the increase of beam deflection.When the stable bearing capacity of the vertical rod under the beam is insufficient,the beam is also prone to greater deflection due to the buckling deformation of the vertical rod.
