摘要 在上海地区在深基坑工程中组合式塔式起重机基础应用较为广泛,深基坑工程在地下阶段施工周期一般较长;在进行塔式起重机配置过程中,常规思路一般只考虑构件吊装重量进行塔式起重机配置,很少按照施工阶段进行考虑,特别是在钢框架加混凝土核心筒结构形式工程,一般在基础阶段无较大重量材料需要进行吊装,如果按照钢结构最大构件进行考虑会存在较大的塔式起重机效率浪费,结合地下施工阶段与钢结构最大吊装构件之间的工期考虑,前期使用较小塔式起重机配置能很好节约塔式起重机租赁成本。以集成电路设计产业园5–1项目为例,对组合式塔式起重机基础与换塔施工结合技术进行阐述。 Tower cranes with combined foundation are widely used in deep foundation pit projects in Shanghai.The construction period of the deep foundation pit project in the underground stage is generally long;In the process of tower crane configuration,general ideas only consider the lifting weight of the components for tower crane configuration.It is rarely considered according to the construction stage,especially in the projects with steel frame and concrete core cylinder structure.Generally,there is no heavy material to be lifted in the foundation stage.If it is considered according to the largest component of steel structure,there will be a large waste of tower crane efficiency.Considering the factors of the construction period between the underground construction stage and the maximum lifting component of the steel structure,using small tower cranes in the early stage can save the leasing cost.This paper takes the 5-1 project of Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park as an example to illustrate the combined technology of combined tower crane foundation and tower replacement construction.
