硒代蛋氨酸对大鳞副泥鳅生长性能及其组织抗氧化指标的影响

摘要 目的:探讨在大鳞副泥鳅饵料中添加不同水平硒代蛋氨酸(Se-Met)对泥鳅生长性能及其肝脏和肌肉组织抗氧化性能的影响。方法:以初始体重为(3.41±0.09)g的大鳞副泥鳅为研究对象,随机分成7组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。分别在大鳞副泥鳅的基础饲料中添加0(对照组A组)、0.5(B组)、1.0(C组)、1.5(D组)、2.0(E组)、2.5(F组)、3.0 mg/kg(G组)Se-Met,养殖试验为30 d。试验结束后称量鱼体质量并计算其生长指标,测定鱼体肌肉及肝脏组织抗氧化指标。结果:基础饲料中添加不同水平硒代蛋氨酸对大鳞副泥鳅的终末体均质量(W t)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饵料系数(FCR)影响显著,而对其成活率和终末体长影响不显著(P>0.05),其中B和C组大鳞副泥鳅的W t、WGR与SGR显著高于D、E、F、G组(P<0.05),B和C组大鳞副泥鳅的FCR显著低于D、E、F、G组(P<0.05),但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。C、D、E、F、G组大鳞副泥鳅肝脏的过氧化氢酶(CAT)与总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著高于A、B(P<0.05),其中C组的CAT与T-SOD活性最强;C和D组泥鳅肝脏的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于A组(P<0.05),其中D组的ALT和GSH-Px活性最强;B、C、D、E、F、G组泥鳅肝脏的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于A组(P<0.05),其中D组的MDA含量最低;而不同水平Se-Met对泥鳅肝脏的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)影响不显著(P>0.05),T-AOC随着Se-Met水平升高而升高。结论:在大鳞副泥鳅基础饲料中添加适量的Se-Met能够提高其生长性能、肝脏和肌肉组织的抗氧化指标,适宜添加量为1.0 mg/kg。 Objective:To investigate the effects of adding different levels of selenomethionine(Se-Met)on the growth performance and antioxidant index,Paramisgurnus dabryanus were selected.Methods:In this experiment,Paramisgurnus dabryanus with an initial weight of(3.41±0.09)g was selected as the research object,and randomly divided into 7 groups,each group has 3 replicates,and each replicate has 40 Paramisgurnus dabryanus.The formal breeding experiment lasts for 30 days.After the experiment,the weight and growth index of the fish was weighed and calculated,and the antioxidant index liver of the fish was measured.Results:The experiment showed that different levels of selenomethionine added to the basic diet had significant effects on the final average weight(W t),weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR)and feed coefficient(FCR)of Paramisgurnus dabryanus(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on its survival rate and final body length(P>0.05).The W t,WGR and SGR of Paramisgurnus dabryanus of Group B and Group C were significantly higher than those of Group D,E,F and G(P<0.05).FCR of Paramisgurnus dabryanus of Group B and C was significantly lower than those of Group D,E,F and G(P<0.05),with no significant difference compared with the control Group(P>0.05).The activities of CAT and T-SOD of Paramisgurnus dabryanus liver of Groups C,D,E,F and G were significantly higher than those of Groups A and B(P<0.05).The activities of ALT and GSH-Px of Paramisgurnus dabryanus liver of Group C and D were significantly higher than those of Group A(P<0.05),and the activities of ALT and GSH-Px were the strongest in Group D(1.5 mg/kg).The MDA activity of Paramisgurnus dabryanus liver of Group B,C,D,E,F and G was significantly lower than that of Group A(P<0.05).However,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of Paramisgurnus dabryanus liver was not significantly affected by different levels of Se-Met(P>0.05),and T-AOC activity increased with the increase of Se-Met level.Conclusion:The growth performance and antioxidant indicators of Paramisgurnus dabryanus can be improved by supplementing an appropriate amount of selenomethionine to its feed.The optimum supplemented selenomethionine dose is 1.0 mg/kg in the basic diet.
