摘要
目的:对新疆生产建设兵团农业高质量发展的实际情况进行系统、科学、全面的分析,准确评估其农业高质量发展水平。方法:构建5项准则层指标与20项指标层指标的兵团农业高质量发展的测评体系,运用熵权法计算相应指标的权重值大小,进而确定准则层指标的发展水平,最后根据TOPSIS法测算兵团2010—2020年农业高质量发展程度的综合评价指数。结果:测度结果显示2020年兵团农业高质量发展水平处于初步实现阶段的高级水平。结论:促进兵团农业高质量进一步发展,需要在农业基础设施建设,兵团产业结构调整,农业科技创新能力提升等方面强化。
Objective:To conduct a systematic,scientific and comprehensive analysis of the actual situa tion of the high-quality development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)agriculture,and accurately assess its high-quality development level of agriculture.Methods:The evaluation system of high-quality agriculture in XPCC,including 5 criteria-level indicators and 20 indicators-level indicators is constructed,and the weight value of the corresponding indexes is calculated by using entropy weight method.Finally,according to the TOPSIS method,we can calculate the Comprehensive Evaluation Index of the XPCC agricultural high-quality development degree from 2010 to 2020.Results:The high-quality development level of XPCC agriculture in 2020 is in the advanced stage of initial realization.Conclusion:To promote the further development of XPCC agriculture,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,the adjustment of XPCC industrial structure,and the improvement of agricultural science and technology innovation ability.
