超长景观钢结构温度作用分析与设计对策

摘要 在超长钢结构建筑中,温度作用不可忽略。研究超长景观钢结构温度作用下的结构应力和位移情况,采用MIDAS Gen软件对结构整体建模分析,得到温度工况为本单层钢结构控制工况。比较柱顶滑动支座方案和柱底铰接方案应对温度作用的优劣,为尽量减小对柱顶悬挑构件的影响,最终采用两端共5棵柱顶单向滑动支座方案,并采取设置温度后浇带、配置温度钢筋等措施。根据计算分析结果以及施工阶段和使用阶段的实际观察,较好地解决了该超长景观钢结构温度作用的不利影响。 Temperature effect can not be neglected in super-long steel structure building.Temperature stress and displacement of super-long landscape structure have been studied in this paper.The whole structure has been modeled by MIDAS Gen software,then the temperature condition has been confirmed to be one of the control conditions of the single-story steel structure building.Two methods were compared to deal with temperature effects:to set sliding supports on the top of the columns or to set hinged supports at the bottom of the columns.In order to minimize the impact on the cantilever at the top of the side columns,five one-way sliding supports on the top of the columns were adopted eventually.Temperature post-pouring strips and temperature reinforcements were also been adopted.According to analysis results and the observation of construction stage and use stage,adverse effects of temperature action have been well solved.Economical efficiency and security were guaranteed at the same time.
