摘要
直线加速器室多采用超厚墙体,给墙体模板施工及支撑的施工控制带来众多难点,尤其是“T”型处墙体的加固。结合工程实例,分析福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院项目直线加速器室3.5m超厚墙体的加固难点,并通过对墙根角钢限位、墙体对拉螺栓焊接以及加固体系的合理设计,保证了超厚混凝土墙体的施工质量,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The linear accelerator room mostly uses ultra-thick wall,which brings many difficulties to the construction of wall formwork and the construction control of support,especially the reinforcement of the"T"type wall.Combined with the engineering examples,this paper analyzes the difficult points of strengthening the 3.5m super thick wall of Fujian Medical University.Through the reasonable design of the wall steel limit,the steel welding of the wall,the construction quality of the super thick concrete wall is guaranteed,which can provide reference for similar projects.
