一种新型标高控制器施工技术在装配楼板一次找平施工中的应用研究

Research on the application of a new elevation controller construction technology in the one-time leveling construction of assembly floor

装配式楼板中,混凝土结构层与找平层分层结合地面施工的工艺繁琐复杂[1],周期长,同时存在找平层起砂、开裂、混凝土面层强度低、空鼓等质量缺陷。为此,通过一次找平层在福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院项目的应用实例,将装配式楼板现浇混凝土结构层与找平层一次性浇筑成型,对其施工特点、工艺过程、资源消耗等方面进行分析对比。实践表明,混凝土一次找平施工技术在装配式楼板上的应用,大幅度解决了混凝土结构层与找平层间出现的相关质量缺陷,提高了楼层的地面产品质量。同时,在人工成本与工期方面,也得到很大的改善。

In the prefabricated floor slab,the concrete structure layer and the screed layer are layered and the ground construction process is cumbersome and complex,the construction period is long,and there are also quality defects such as sanding,cracking,low strength of the concrete surface layer,and empty drums in the screed layer.In this paper,through the application example of a screed layer in the Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital project of Fujian Medical University,the prefabricated floor cast-in-place concrete structure layer and the screed layer are poured at one time,and their construction characteristics,technological process and resource consumption are analyzed and compared.Practice shows that the application of concrete one-time leveling construction technology in prefabricated floor slabs greatly solves the related quality defects between the concrete structure layer and the screed layer,and improves the quality of floor and floor products.At the same time,the labor cost and construction period have also been greatly improved.
