京津冀交界地区建设用地扩张时空特征与驱动因素研究 被引量:1

Spatial and Temporal Characteristics and Driving Factors of Construction Land Expansion in the Inter-provincial Border Areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

摘要 为加深对京津冀交界地区建设用地发展规律的认识,推动区域协同发展,该文基于2000年、2010年和2020年建设用地数据,综合运用建设用地扩张指数、核密度分析法和圈层分析法,探究京津冀交界地区43个县域单元建设用地扩张的时空特征及代表性扩张格局的驱动因素。结果表明:①2000—2020年京津冀交界地区建设用地规模不断扩张,扩张速度和扩张强度有所提升,各省域内变化差异显著;②建设用地空间格局呈现出圈层扩张和贴边扩张两种类型,其中贴边扩张是交界地区建设用地扩张的代表性格局,新增建设用地呈现出“整体分散、局部集聚”的特征,在环绕北京市城六区、天津市主城区以及京津冀交界地区(如通州区、三河市、大厂回族自治县、武清区等)存在高值集聚区;③京津冀交界地区贴边式扩张用地主要发生在低海拔、低坡度、人口分布相对疏散、经济发展水平相对较低的地区,并呈现出明显的河流指向、道路指向和贴近省界扩张的特点。 Based on the data of construction land in 2000,2010 and 2020,the expansion index,kernel density analysis and circle analysis are used to explore the spatial and temporal characteristics of construction land expansion in 43 counties in the inter-provincial border areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and analyze the driving factors of representative expansion pattern.The results are as follows.①In the past 20 years,the scale of construction land in the study area has been expanding continuously,and the expansion speed and intensity have accelerated with significant differences among provinces.②The spatial pattern of construction land shows two types:circle expansion and welt expansion,of which welt expansion is the representative pattern of study area,and the density of newly added construction land shows the characteristics of"overall dispersion and local agglomeration".There are high-value agglomeration areas in the areas surrounding the main urban areas of Beijing and Tianjin,and the junction of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,such as Tongzhou District,Sanhe City,Dachang Hui Autonomous County and Wuqing District.③The welt expansion land in the inter-provincial border areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mainly occurs in areas with low altitude,slight slope,relatively scattered population distribution and relatively low level of economic development,and presents obvious characteristics of river orientation,road orientation and expansion close to provincial administrative boundaries.
