中国工业高质量发展水平双维测度与分布动态演进分析

Two-Dimensional Measurement and Dynamic Evolution of China′s Industrial High-Quality Development Level

该文基于工业高质量发展的内涵,从新发展理念和三大系统维度构建工业高质量发展水平双维测度指标体系,对2011—2019年中国30个省域工业高质量发展水平进行测度与分析,并利用核密度估计方法考察中国工业高质量发展水平的分布动态及演进规律。结果表明:①中国工业高质量发展水平在两个维度的测度结果具有一致性,且能如实、有效反映各单维测度结果的信息。②中国工业高质量发展水平在研究期间整体呈现波动上升态势,且逐渐进入加速上升阶段,不同省域和地区工业高质量发展水平存在差异,且区域不平衡存在扩大迹象。③对四大地区内部而言,东部和东北地区部分省域发挥领跑作用,内部发展差异有进一步扩大趋势,中部和西部地区整体较均衡,但西部地区存在发展动力不足问题。

Based on the connotation of industrial high-quality development,this paper builds a two-dimensional measurement index system for the industrial high-quality development from the five development concepts and three systems.Taking 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China as the research objects,this paper measures and analyzes the high-quality development level of China′s industry from 2011 to 2019 and further uses the kernel density estimation method to investigate the distribution and evolution characteristics of China′s industrial high-quality development level.The results are as follows.①The measurement results of China′s industrial high-quality development level in the dimension of the five development concepts and the dimension of three systems are consistent,and the two-dimensional measurement results can truthfully reflect the information of the single-dimensional measurement results.②The overall high-quality development level of China′s industry showed a fluctuating but rising trend,and gradually entered the stage of accelerated growth.There are differences in the level of industrial high-quality development in different provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),but all of them have different degrees of improvement.③From the analysis of dynamic evolution of spatial distribution,it can be seen that the overall high-quality development of China′s industry is good,but there are signs of expanding regional imbalances.As far as the four major regions are concerned,some provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in the eastern and northeastern regions play a leading role,but this also makes their internal development differences tend to expand further,while the overall level of industrial high-quality development in the central and western regions is relatively balanced,but there may be a problem of insufficient development momentum in the western region.
