本研究的目的是设计与研发集固定、辅助水浴锅加热及沥干功能于一体的具塞刻度试管固定装置,适用多种场合、多种人员,具备多种使用功能。找到现有具塞刻度试管固定装置的技术缺陷,本研究采用对比实验法,绘制产品设计3D图形,开发出产品模型,在大学实验室、检测机构、企业、质检、工商部门、研究所对其使用方法及使用效果进行评价,不断进行阶段性总结与提高,明确多功能具塞刻度试管固定装置的最佳设计方案。本研究开发出的产品对于提升教学科研质量,改善实验效果具有重要的意义,具备广阔的发展前景及较高的市场需求量。

The purpose of this study is to design and develop a fixed device with stopper scale test tube,which integrates the functions of fixing,auxiliary water bath heating and draining,suitable for a variety of occasions,a variety of personnel,and has a variety of functions.Find out the technical defects of the existing stopper scale test tube fixing device,the comparative experiment method is used to draw the 3D graphics of product design,develop the product model,evaluate the use method and effect of the product in university laboratories,testing institutions,enterprises,quality inspection,industrial and commercial departments and research institutes,and constantly summarize and improve stage by stage,so as to determine the best design scheme of the multi-functional stopper scale test tube fixture.The developed products are of great significance for improving the quality of teaching and scientific research and improving the experimental results and has broad development prospects and high market demand.
