University laboratory is not only a place for students to convert theoretical knowledge into practice and improve practical ability,but also a practice base for teachers to conduct scientific research and carry out scientific research activities.In addition,the management of university laboratories plays a vital role in the high quality development of schools.This paper analyzes the problems existing in laboratory management system construction,talent team construction,information construction,laboratory culture construction,laboratory safety management and other aspects of private university laboratory management,discusses the countermeasures of standardized management of private university laboratory,which is of great significance to improve laboratory management.
