论教育质量话语创新与教育高质量发展 被引量:8

摘要 促进人获得实质性发展是教育质量话语建构的逻辑起点,建构教育高质量发展的教育质量话语体系是教育理论面临的重大时代课题。现代性教育质量话语存在诸如人被抽象化与教育质量观扭曲、唯数字化计算逻辑的教育质量标准、教育不确定性消解和教育实践者伦理责任弱化等弊端。在高质量发展过程中,要以人的生成与完善为推动教育质量话语创新的内在依据,以回归教育原点为推动教育质量话语创新的价值取向,在关照和改善人的境况中推动教育质量话语与教育高质量发展实现良性互动,在密切教育与社会的内在联系中推动教育质量话语实现时代转型。为此,要推动教育发展从人的抽象发展观转向对人的发展内在价值的关注,通过回归原点超越数字计算的质量逻辑,在推动教育实践变革中唤醒教育实践者的伦理责任,在更加全面地彰显教育社会职能中实现教育高质量发展。 The construction of the education quality discourse system for quality development of education is a major issue of the time in the education theory as it takes the substantial development of human beings as the logical starting point.The modern education quality discourse is problematic due to the abstracted human beings,the distorted view of education quality,the education quality standard only based on the digital computing logic,the dissolved uncertainty of education and the weakened ethical responsibility of educational practitioners.In pursuing quality development,it is necessary to take the generation and improvement of human beings as the internal basis of education quality discourse innovation and returning to the origin of education as its value orientation in order to promote the constructive interaction between the education quality discourse and quality development of education and realize the transformation of the education quality discourse by strengthening the relationship between education and the society.Therefore,it is important to shift from the abstract development view of human beings to the internal value of human development,transcend the quality logic of digital computing by returning to the origin of education,awaken the ethical responsibility of educational practitioners in deepening the reform of educational practice,and achieve quality development of education by demonstrating the social functions of education in a more comprehensive way.
