掺混生化污泥对水煤浆浆体性能及气化性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将生化污泥掺混在水煤浆中,制备成浆体,通过对掺混生化污泥后添加剂加量、浆体浓度、流变特性、析水率及气化模拟计算的分析研究,考察了生化污泥对浆体性能及气化性能的影响。结果表明,在浆体浓度不变的情况下,生化污泥最大添加量为10%,同时需提高添加剂加量维持浆体性能;添加10%的生化污泥的浆体可用于气化过程制取合成气,气化时总干气量下降约4.8%,有效气含量下降约1.2%,比氧耗基本不变,比原料消耗增幅约6.6%。 The biochemical sludge was mixed with coal-water slurry to prepare the slurry.The effect of the biochemical sludge on slurry performance and gasification performance was investigated through the analysis and research of the additive amount,slurry concentration,rheological properties,water separation rate and gasification simulation calculation.The results showed that the maximum addition amount of biochemical sludge is 10%under the condition of constant slurry concentration,and it was necessary to increase the amount of additives to maintain the slurry performance;the slurry with 10%biochemical sludge can be used for the gasification process to produce syngas,the total dry gas volume during gasification decreased by about 4.8%,the effective gas content decreased by about 1.2%,the specific oxygen consumption was basically unchanged,and the raw material consumption increased by about 6.6%.
