草酸二甲酯的合成及应用研究进展

摘要 概述了草酸二甲酯(DMO)的合成方法及其应用。分别阐述了醇酸酯化法、液相偶联法和气相偶联法合成DMO的工业发展过程,详细梳理了CO气相偶联合成DMO的催化剂以及催化机理。综述了DMO在加氢制备乙醇酸甲酯、乙二醇和乙醇的工艺优势,指出了精准调控目标产物、降低CO_(2)的排放是该合成路径面临的主要挑战。 This article reviews the synthesis and application of dimethyl oxalate(DMO).The development process of alcohol and acid esterification,liquid phase coupling and gas phase coupling in the synthesis of DMO are describing respectively,and the catalyst and catalytic mechanism of CO gas phase coupling to DMO are summarized in detail.The technological advantages of DMO in the hydrogenation of methyl glycolate,ethylene glycol and ethanol are reviewed,and the main challenges of this synthesis path are pointed out,such as the precise regulation of target products and the reduction of CO_(2)emissions.
