摘要
根据是否符合绿色化学观念、选择性及转化率是否高效、合成方法是否具有新颖性等方面,综述了近几年亚砜类化合物的合成方法。其中最普遍的合成方法是硫醚氧化,而经过氧化物体系氧化,在只生成亚砜的同时,又保证了收率;傅克亚磺酰基化反应首次实现了吡咯与磺胺化合物的高选择性合成亚砜;可见光催化合成亚砜,只需要空气作为氧化剂,反应条件简单,环境友好,值得大力推广。由于亚砜可以和烟气中的二氧化硫与氮氧化物生成络合物,故亚砜在烟气脱硫脱硝领域的应用十分广泛,相比于传统脱硫脱硝工艺,亚砜类化合物的脱硫率和脱硝率可达90%以上。重点讨论了亚砜与二元醇,二元胺体系,该体系吸收效果最优,对于工业化生产具有重要意义。
The synthesis methods of sulfoxide compounds in recent years were reviewed in terms of whether they were in line with the concept of green chemistry,whether the selectivity and conversion rate were efficient,and whether the synthesis methods were novel.Among them,the most common synthesis method is sulfide oxidation,and after oxidation of oxide system,only sulfoxide is generated,and the yield is guaranteed;Friedel-Crafts sulfinylation reaction realizes the high-selectivity synthesis of pyrrole and sulfonamide for the first time.Visible light-catalyzed synthesis of sulfoxide only requires air as an oxidant,and the reaction conditions are simple and environmentally friendly,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.Since sulfoxide can form complexes with sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas,sulfoxide is widely used in the field of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.The rate can reach more than 90%.The system of sulfoxide,diol and diamine is mainly discussed,which has the best absorption effect and is of great significance for industrial production.
