聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料对聚乙烯醇缩醛反应的可视化研究

摘要 聚乙烯醇缩醛是聚乙烯醇和醛类化合物的缩合产物,在其生产过程中存在自加速现象,反应条件不好控制。工业上所采用的传统检测方法耗时长且繁琐。本文利用AIE材料对聚乙烯醇缩戊二醛反应进行监控,实验结果表明随着反应时长的增加,体系粘度增加,荧光强度增强,并且粘度和荧光强度间存在良好的线性相关性。本文证明了AIE材料荧光强度与反应程度之间存在对应关系,为工业生产提供了一种新的能够实现快速灵敏可视化现场监测聚合反应的方法。 Polyvinyl acetal is the condensation product of polyvinyl alcohol and aldehydes during which self-acceleration phenomenon occurs in the process of production,making the reaction conditions hard to control.Traditional detection methods used in industry are time-consuming and cumbersome.In this paper,AIE material was used to monitor the reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and glutaraldehyde.The experimental results show that with the increase of the reaction time,the viscosity of the system increases and the fluorescence intensity increases,and there is a good linear correlation between the viscosity and fluorescence intensity.In this paper,the correlation between the fluorescence intensity of AIE materials and the degree of reaction is proved,which provides a new method for industrial production to realize rapid,sensitive and visual on-site monitoring of polymerization reaction.
