具有装饰性的超疏水铝合金表面电化学制备方法及性能研究

摘要 目前在铝合金表面构建超疏水膜层研究关注点更多在于其耐腐蚀和防污性能,关于可装饰性方面关注较少。本文通过微弧氧化工艺在铝合金表面构建微纳结构,结合防指纹液修饰表面,得到具有较好疏水性的膜层;其中电解液p H值为5,氧化电压480 V,氧化时间40 min的条件下,膜层表面水滴角可达163°(>150°,为超疏水膜),表面颜色L值可达90以上,因此不仅具有很好的超疏水性,且具有良好的白色装饰效果。 At present,superhydrophobic films constructed on aluminum alloy surface focus more on its corrosion resistance and antifouling properties,but less attention has paid to its decorative properties.In this paper,the micro-nano structure was constructed on the surface of aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation,and the surface was modified by anti-fingerprint solution.The film with good hydrophobicity was obtained:the pH value of electrolyte was 5;and the oxidation voltage was 480 V;and the oxidation time was 40 min.The contact angle of the film was 163°(>150°,superhydrophobic surface)and the L value can reach more than 90.So it has not only good superhydrophobicity,but also good decorative.
