炼化企业聚丙烯装置废白油处置的资源化应用

摘要 针对炼化企业聚丙烯装置含有三乙基铝的废白油合法、安全、环保处置,本文论述了分别采用少量逐步添加水后废白油的温度变化和少量逐步添加HBA-163抗静电剂后废白油的温度变化进行类比,以获得对聚丙烯装置含有三乙基铝的废白油进行失活的方法,同时对失活后聚丙烯白油采用水泥窑共处置和利用炼化企业自有的焦化装置进行后续资源化处置进行评估,较好的论证出HBA-163抗静电剂在废白油三乙基铝活性失活具有良好的反应和效果。少量逐步添加,当达到三乙基铝含量的50%添加量后,反应温度出现拐点,废白油内的三乙基铝出现明显失活放热反应逐步消减现象并最终全部失活,为送入焦化装置进行资源化处置达到满足安全条件要求。本文论述方法可在有聚丙烯、焦化装置的炼化企业进行推广应用,具有良好的安全、环保、经济等社会和环境效益。从源头根本解决聚丙烯废白油处置的安全、环保难题。同时可作为其他废弃的润滑油、变压器油、机油等各类油脂类废油资源化处置提供思路,具有广阔的实用推广价值。 This paper illustrates the legal,safe,and environmentally friendly disposal of waste white oil containing triethylaluminium in polypropylene units of petrochemical enterprises.It compares the temperature variations of waste white oil with a small amount of water added gradually and with a small amount of HBA-163 antistatic agent added gradually to obtain a method for deactivating waste white oil containing triethylaluminium in polypropylene units.In addition,the paper also evaluates the co-disposal of deactivated polypropylene white oil with cement kilns and the subsequent resource utilization using the refining enterprise's own coking unit.The results show that the HBA-163 antistatic agent reacts well and has a good effect on deactivating the triethylaluminium activity in waste white oil.When the volume of addition reaches 50%of the triethylaluminium content,there is a turning point in the reaction temperature,and the triethylaluminium in the waste white oil drops gradually until entirely deactivated,meeting the safety requirements for resource utilization in coking unit.This method can be widely applied to petrochemical enterprises with polypropylene and coking unit,producing positive social,environmental,and economic benefits.It fundamentally solves the safety and environmental problems of disposing of waste white oil in polypropylene from the source.Moreover,it provides ideas for resource utilization of different waste oils,for example,lubricating oil,transformer oil,and machine oil.It has broad and practical promotion value.
