摘要
为解决单质硫自养反硝化pH偏低和硫酸盐副产物的问题,本研究通过开展“硫磺-硫铁矿/菱铁矿”填料脱氮性能比选,并分析了出水pH和硫酸盐副产物浓度,确定了以硫磺作为主要填料,菱铁矿作为主要辅助填料,构建新型硫铁耦合自养反硝化填料系统。通过填料优化实验,确定了硫铁耦合填料的最佳粒径为3~5mm,硫磺和菱铁矿最佳质量比为3∶1;。在进水硝酸盐为10mg/L、HRT=80min条件下,采用最佳硫铁耦合填料的小试实验装置出水硝酸盐平均浓度为1.43mg/L,硝酸盐去除率为85.28%。
In order to solve the problems of low pH of sulfur autotrophic denitrification and sulfate by-products,this study carried out the comparison of nitrogen removal performance of“sulfur pyrite/siderite”packing,and analyzed the pH of effluent and the concentration of sulfate by-products,determined that sulfur was the main packing,and siderite was the main auxiliary packing,to build a new type of sulfur iron coupling autotrophic denitrification packing system.Through the filler optimization experiment,the optimum particle size of the sulfur-iron coupling filler is determined to be 3~5 mm,and the optimum mass ratio of sulfur and siderite is 3∶1.Under the condition that the influent nitrate is 10 mg/L and HRT=80 min,the average concentration of nitrate in the effluent of the pilot plant using the best sulfur-iron coupling filler is 1.43mg/L,and the nitrate removal rate is 85.28%.
