天然气处理厂建设、运行、退出均可能对生态环境造成影响,做好处理厂生态环境保护是企业的责任和义务。对此,本文探讨了天然气处理厂厂址选择、环境影响评价及三同时管理、水环境保护、大气环境保护、噪声控制管理、固废管理、排污许可及自行监测管理、环境风险管控、环境隐患治理等重点生态环境保护内容。根据天然气处理厂特点,归纳总结了天然气处理厂生态环境保护制度建立和人员建设的生态环境保护模式,明确了环境风险评估与管控、环境隐患排查与治理是天然气处理厂环境保护的重要抓手,提出了天然气处理厂从选址、设计、建设、运行、大修、退出全生命周期生态环境保护建议。

The construction,operation and withdrawal of the natural gas treatment plant may affect the ecological environment.It is the responsibility and obligation of the enterprise to protect the ecological environment of the treatment plant.In this regard,this paper discusses the selection of natural gas treatment plant site,environmental impact assessment and three simultaneous management,water environment protection,atmospheric environment protection,noise control management,solid waste management,pollution discharge permit and self-monitoring management,environmental risk management and control,environmental hidden danger management and other key ecological environmental protection contents.According to the characteristics of the natural gas treatment plant,this paper summarizes the ecological environment protection mode for the establishment of the ecological environment protection system and personnel construction of the natural gas treatment plant,clarifies that environmental risk assessment and control,and the investigation and treatment of environmental hazards are important aspects for the environmental protection of the natural gas treatment plant,and puts forward in more detail specific suggestions for the natural gas treatment plant in terms of site selection,design,construction,operation,overhaul,and withdrawal from the full life cycle ecological environment protection.
