摘要
离子色谱法作为一种新型高效液相色谱技术,在现今的化学分析中是非常常见的一种检测手法。离子色谱法具有检测速度快、操作简便、灵敏度高、分析能力强以及选择性好等优点。本研究主要介绍了离子色谱法在药物分析及药典中的最新应用进展,并探讨了离子色谱法在药物分析及药典中的应用前景。
Ion chromatography(IC)as a new type of HPLC methods and it is a very common detection method in today's chemical analysis.IC has many advantages,such as fast detection,simple operation,high sensitivity,strong analytical ability and good selectivity.This article mainly introduces the application progress of IC in pharmaceutical analysis and Pharmacopoeia,and the development of ion chromatography in pharmaceutical analysis and Pharmacopoeia was discussed.
