摘要
针对目前有机化学实验教学中水相反应较少,我们从《化学类专业本科教学质量国家标准》出发,在有机化学实验教学中引入了“碘催化水相合成硫代磺酸酯”系列实验。该实验包括硫代磺酸酯的合成、硫代磺酸酯的分离和表征等多个模块。通过本实验,可以巩固学生的有机化学实验基本技能,提升科学素养,锻炼综合解决复杂问题的能力,并进一步培养学生的创新意识与实践能力。
In response to the lack of aqueous phase reactions in organic chemistry experiments,we have introduced a series of experiments on the iodine-catalyzed aqueous phase synthesis of thiosulfonates in organic chemistry experiments,starting from the National Standard for Quality Teaching in Undergraduate Chemistry.The experiments include the synthesis of thiosulfonates,and the separation and characterization of thiosulfonates.Through this experiment,students can consolidate their basic organic chemistry experimental skills,enhance their scientific literacy,exercise their ability to solve complex problems in an integrated manner,and further develop their sense of innovation and practical skills.
