1,4-丁二醇生产回收装置的设计

摘要 1,4-丁二醇是高附加值的精细化工产品,是可降解塑料等生产中重要的有机溶剂。正丁醇是有机合成的重要原料,其组分单一杂质较少需要回收利用。国内对丁辛醇装置产生废液正丁醇回收精制研究较多,为1,4-丁二醇生产中正丁醇回收精制提供了依据。由于1,4-丁二醇生产中存在催化剂老化等问题,较多的BDO生产工艺存在原丁醇在回收装置无法满足回收效果等问题,需要优化设计BDO生产残液回收系统装置,以满足1,4-丁二醇生产副产品回收利用需求。本文介绍了1,4-丁二醇生产技术工艺,分析了BDO生产用残液回收存在的问题,基于工艺流程优化设计了BDO生产副产品回收装置。 1,4-butanediol is a fine chemical product with high added value and an important organic solvent in the production of degradable plastics.N-butanol is an important raw material for organic synthesis.There are many researches on the recovery and purification of n-butanol from the waste liquid of butanol octanol unit in China,which provides a basis for the recovery and purification of n-butanol in the production of 1,4-butanediol.Due to problems such as catalyst aging in the production of 1,4-butanediol,many BDO production processes have problems such as the original butanol can not meet the recovery effect in the recovery unit.It is necessary to optimize the design of the BDO production residue recovery system to meet the demand for the recovery and utilization of 1,4-butanediol production by-products.Research and introduce the production technology of 1,4-butanediol,analyze the problems existing in the recovery of BDO production residue,and optimize the design of BDO production by-product recovery device based on the process flow.
